CHECK-IN CHAMPION

Behavioural early-intervention system for social-emotional awareness

We designed and implemented a behavioural check-in intervention aimed at increasing early recognition of emotional distress and strengthening everyday social-emotional communication across workplaces, schools, and community settings.

The programme integrates interactive capability-building sessions with practical behavioural tools that enable participants to embed check-in behaviours into daily interactions.

OUTCOMES

  • Increased early identification of stress and disengagement behaviours

  • Improved psychological safety in group settings

  • Strengthened everyday conversational norms around wellbeing

KINDER WORKPLACE

Organisational culture intervention focused on prosocial behaviour and team cohesion

The programme integrates experiential learning, team-based interventions, and organisational reinforcement mechanisms to embed kindness and prosocial behaviour into daily workplace operations.

OUTCOMES

  • Improved team cohesion and interpersonal trust

  • Strengthened psychological safety

MORE THAN “I’M GOOD”

Digital behavioural campaign for emotional expression and mental wellbeing literacy

We designed and deployed a multi-channel behavioural communication campaign aimed at reducing emotional suppression norms and increasing authentic emotional expression among youth populations.

OUTCOMES

  • Increased emotional articulation among youth audiences

  • Reduced stigma around non-ideal emotional states

  • High engagement across digital behavioural touchpoints
